Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Create technical drawings based on given specifications and requirements.
- Focus on ongoing drawings in collaboration with project managers and design consultants.
- Prepare calculations for project BOQ.
- Ensure designs comply with specifications and government regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project management documentation including, but not limited to, program of works, material submittal, snagging reports, inspection reports, handover reports, signoff certificate, etc.
- Conduct site inspection and site supervision if required.
- Coordinate tasks with other employees/departments.

Candidate requirements and skills:
- Minimum 2 years proven working experience in UAE in construction, landscaping or similar.
- Full knowledge in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Holding Bachelor's degree in Engineering or architecture.
- Fluent in English is a must (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is a must.
- Valid UAE driving license
- Preferred Nationality - Phillipines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
