Draftsman
Job Description
1. Experience in using BIM Software (Revit MEP / Architecture / Structural) and Navisworks
2. Supervises the preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specification and calculations from engineers, surveyors and designers and MEP engineers.
3. To critically review the relevant documents prior to start of site works
4. Prepares MEP calculations for HVAC drawings, plumbing, piping and small substation and electrical works.
5. Design change requirements, including but not limited to piping, plumbing, fire fighting design
6. Identify any deviation in the design and provide justification for the deviation.
7. Experience in MEP design detailing.
8. Report to Design Manger as well as MEP manager for smooth coordination for design work

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Education:
• Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
• MEP Draftsman: 2 years (Required)
