Develop detailed and accurate technical drawings and plans for fit-out projects, including layouts, sections, elevations. You should have extensive experience working with AutoCAD software, advanced design skills, and a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, a top-class AutoCAD drafter can design and create high-level design models that meet all the specifications of the client. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing, drafting, and processing jobs for production.
- Working with the joinery and fitout drafting team, manage the workload and meet deadlines promptly.
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and engineers to understand and interpret design specifications and requirements.
- Ensuring all drawings are prepared in accordance with the company standards and meet the project scope and budget.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design through to completion.
- Assist project managers with timelines, schedules, and progress tracking.
- Providing suggestions to increase productivity by setting up internal templates and procedures.
- Reviewing architectural and shop drawings, contract specifications, and samples for design inconsistencies and conflicts.
- Liaising with clients, project managers and factory staff.
- Performing other duties as required.
- Completing tasks within an agreed / allocated time.
- Have a strong attention to detail.
- Have outstanding organizational skills.
- Have strong management/administrative skills.
