: We are currently seeking an experienced Draftsman - Facade Production to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fa\xc3\xa7ade work, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. A Diploma or Engineering Degree is required, along with proficiency in preparing Cutting Lists and Structural Facades. Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed shop drawings and production plans for metal doors and windows fa\xc3\xa7ade projects.
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate and precise drawings, including elevation, section, and detail views.
- Generate Cutting Lists and material take-offs based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure designs meet quality standards and production deadlines.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and providing solutions to optimize production processes.
- Maintain organized documentation and records of drawings, revisions, and project updates.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fa\xc3\xa7ade work, with a focus on drafting and production.
- Diploma or Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD) and other relevant drafting tools.
- Strong knowledge of Cutting Lists and Structural Facades.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
