Experienced architectural draftsman well-versed in Architectural, MEP, and Structural Design, with expertise in submitting documents to regulatory authorities like DM, Trakhees, Nakheel, and others
Proficient in maintaining an organized record of drawing files and documentation.
Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
Coordination with Production Managers, Project Managers, and Designers to gather necessary technical design and changes
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skill
Strong sense of responsibility and desire to get things done properly
Minimum of 4 years of experience as Architectural Draftsman in the Dubai
BSC in Engineering, Architecture or degree from a technical college
Must be based in UAE
