Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and other design documents.
• Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and local building codes.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports.
• Perform site visits to gather information and verify measurements as needed.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman in building design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Degree or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with other design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
