Job Overview:

The Drafter in Design works closely with architects, engineers, and design teams at Creatic Leisure Turnkey Projects Contracting LLC to transform conceptual ideas into detailed technical drawings. Utilizing advanced CAD software, you will create precise design documents that serve as the foundation for our projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to revise designs based on feedback while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Design Teams:

Work alongside architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements and project specifications.

Prepare Technical Drawings:

Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) that accurately represent design concepts.

Revise and Update Drawings:

Modify existing designs in response to client feedback, design changes, or new project requirements, ensuring consistency with industry standards.

Document and Organize Work:

Maintain drawing files and documentation in line with company procedures and project standards.

Quality Control:

Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to verify accuracy, clarity, and compliance with building codes, regulatory standards, and internal guidelines.

Support Design Development:

Assist in creating prototypes, conceptual sketches, and models that support the overall design process and innovation efforts.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Drafting, Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field (Bachelor's degree is a plus). Minimum 2 years of experience in technical drafting or design within an engineering or architectural environment. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or equivalent. Strong understanding of design principles, technical drawing standards, and drafting techniques.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools. Knowledge of industry-specific standards (e.g., ANSI, ISO). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Work Environment:

Primarily an office-based role utilizing computer systems and CAD workstations. Occasional visits to project sites or manufacturing facilities may be required.
