:ROLE OBJECTIVEEnsures that Production Orders are issued before starting the production, reporting ofproduction activities are done on a daily basis and the internal stock transfers are up to datethrough the system to have a better production control.DETAILED ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Direction of Subordinates:\xc2\xb7 Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team ofsubordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area ofproduction control activity is carried out in an efficient andprocedurally compliant manner.2. Policies and procedures:\xc2\xb7 Communicate the requirement of operational procedures andinstructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so thatwork is carried out in a controlled manner.3. Production review:\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the Monthly Technical Report is prepared andsubmitted on time to analyze the monthly production efficiency.4. Production Reporting:\xc2\xb7 Ensure the ERP reporting operations completions, Estimated VsActual materials / hour costs and back-flushing are checked andare up-to-date to get the actual production cost.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that production order receipt is completed in order to deliverthe product.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for back-flushing / manual issuing of raw materials tobetter control the inventory.\xc2\xb7 Ensures that material shortages for production orders are resolved.5. Internal Coordination:\xc2\xb7 Coordinates with Scheduling and Delivery to achieve the client\'srequirement.6. Production Order Control:\xc2\xb7 Confirms and ensures authorization of production order resultsbefore order closure to avoid inventory variance.7. Uncommitted stock:\xc2\xb7 Ensure the uncommitted products are used in order to reduce thestock.8. Annual Inventory:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for annual inventory count and tabulation to identifythe variance in the warehouses.9.
