• Guest Reception: Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at the hotel entrance, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assistance and Guidance: Provide information and assistance to guests, including directions, answering queries, and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate area or department.
• Coordination: Work closely with the concierge and front desk teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Maintain Appearance: Ensure the entrance area is always immaculate and presentable, reflecting the hotel\'s high standards.
• Security Awareness: Monitor and manage the flow of guests and visitors, maintaining awareness of security protocols and reporting any concerns to the security team.
• Customer Service: Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of personal grooming and presentation.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while providing exceptional service.
