Roles and Responsibilities :
• Provide Healthcare Services : Deliver direct nursing care to employees and visitors at the designated site in Abu Dhabi. This includes conducting health assessments, administering treatments, and providing health education.
• Emergency Response : Be prepared to respond promptly to medical emergencies onsite, including assessing the situation, providing first aid or medical interventions, and coordinating with emergency services as needed.
• Medication Management : Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring adherence to medical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Health Promotion and Education : Conduct health promotion activities and educational sessions to raise awareness about preventive health measures, wellness practices, and safety protocols among employees and visitors.
• Health Screening Programs : Implement and manage health screening programs to identify and address health risks, such as blood pressure checks, diabetes screenings, and vaccination campaigns, in alignment with local health regulations.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping : Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all individuals accessing healthcare services at the site. Document assessments, treatments, and follow-up care according to established protocols.
• Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with site management, human resources, and occupational health and safety teams to promote a healthy and safe work environment. Collaborate with external healthcare providers and authorities as needed.
• Infection Control : Implement infection control measures and protocols to prevent the spread of communicable diseases and ensure compliance with relevant health regulations and guidelines.
• Health and Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with local health regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies related to healthcare delivery, occupational health, and safety standards.
• Continuing Education and Professional Development : Stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in healthcare through ongoing training, professional development activities, and participation in relevant workshops or conferences.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
