• Assessment and Evaluation : Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions, documenting and reporting any changes or concerns.
• Treatment Administration : Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safe practices and correct dosage.
• Care Plan Development : Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans for patients.
• Patient Education : Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Compliance : Ensure that all nursing practices comply with the Department of Health regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, diagnoses, treatments, and progress reports.
• Emergency Response : Provide immediate medical care in emergency situations, coordinating with medical teams to stabilize patients.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, technicians, and administrative staff, to deliver comprehensive patient care.
