Job Description

• Assessment and Evaluation : Conduct psychological assessments to understand the client's mental health status, including their emotional, cognitive, and behavioral needs.
• Individual Therapy : Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual's needs, which could involve various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or supportive counseling.
• Treatment Planning : Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments, collaborating with the client and possibly their family to set goals and determine appropriate interventions.
• Crisis Intervention : Address urgent psychological issues and provide immediate support during crises or emergencies, ensuring the client's safety and well-being.
• Monitoring Progress : Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on the client's progress, making necessary changes to improve outcomes.
• Family Support and Education : Work with family members to educate them about the client's mental health condition and involve them in the treatment process if appropriate.
