To work within the Supply Chain (SDO) Team, to support the existing SDO coordinators with the day-to-day running of their distributors.
Main Responsibilities
Booking All Direct Shipments from China into Stock
Booking All Direct Shipments from Italy into stock
Invoicing all Direct (China & Italy Shipments)
Following up with finance to release the orders / Deliveries and Manual prices for invoicing
Preparing packing list for all Direct & Italy
Preparing COO for all Direct and Italy Shipments via Dubai Chamber
Supporting with logistical tasks related to 3PL
Skills and Qualifications
English as the main language, written and verbal. Others languages advantageous
SAP Experience
Experience in Import and Export environments including Export Documentation
IT Excel, Word, and Gmail
