Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller/Manager with a strong background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of document control within our organization, with a focus on customer interaction, payment plan updates, and client information management.Responsibilities:

Engage in one-to-one customer interactions to address queries and provide assistance as needed.
Update and maintain payment plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
Serve as the primary Document Controller, responsible for organizing, managing, and tracking all documents related to real estate transactions.
Manage client information efficiently, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Register units on relevant platforms such as RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) and DLD (Dubai Land Department) for payments and regulatory compliance.
Handle various operational and administrative documents as required by the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding document management processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.
8-9 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE real estate sector.
Extensive experience with both off-plan and on-plan developments, with a preference for development projects.
Strong understanding of real estate regulations and procedures in the UAE.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for document management.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
