Generation of Purchase authorization, Purchase Orders etc.
Vendor and Customer creation/Management etc.
Document Controller for Technology Division.
Managing Logistics and Commercial activities with local and International vendors and logistics.
Customer invoicing and payment collection etc.
Requirements
Should have experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations.
Should have experience in Customer Service and communication.
Should have experience in Sales Processes.
Should have experience in Vendor and customer management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of document Control procedures is a plus.
Female candidates preferred.
Language: Arabic is mandatory
