We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing project documents and ensuring accurate and timely distribution to relevant personnel. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of project documentation and effectively supporting our MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement document control procedures and processes.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
• Control document flow, receipt, distribution, and filing according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Assist in the preparation of project submittals, reports, and correspondence.
• Provide training and support to team members on document management systems.
• Monitor and track project documentation progress and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Respond to information requests and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in an MEP Engineering company.
• Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MEP engineering processes and terminology is an asset.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.
