A Document Controller/Admin Required
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Receive and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor and respond to project-related emails promptly.
  • Follow up on calls and emails to ensure timely responses and action
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in document control within the contracting or construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
