Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Al Sajaa Industrial Area, Sharjah - UAE.

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller cum Time Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all Personnel documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity. This role is crucial for ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date, Day to Day Attendance Monitoring & supporting the smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Management: Maintain and manage all documentation & filings.
• Archiving: Organize and archive documents for easy retrieval and reference.
• Tracking and Reporting: Track document status and provide regular updates to HR team and management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR Officer & HR Assistant and other team members to ensure document control processes are followed.
• Attendance Management: Monitor and record employee attendance, including clock-in and clock-out times.
• Time Sheet Processing: Collect, review, and process time sheets for accuracy and completeness.
• Payroll Support: Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll by providing accurate attendance data.
• Leave Management: Track and manage employee leave requests and balances.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute attendance and payroll reports to relevant departments.
• Compliance: Ensure all timekeeping and payroll activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Employee Support: Address employee inquiries related to attendance, leave, and payroll.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the timekeeping system.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in document control or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Languages Known - Tagalog & English
