JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Technical Submission Executive, your role will primarily involve managing and coordinating the technical submission process for various projects.
Coordinates the flow of documents between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team, or other department groups.
Receiving, Maintaining, submission and Composing of all type of Correspondence (To & From consultant, client, subcontractor's & Supplier's) inclusive of all email's
Distribution of project-related copies to internal teams
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress report on actual Basis.
Responsible for compilation of all relevant documents prior to submission.
Filing of documents in physical and digital records.
Forming templets and formats for future usage.
Coping, scanning and storing documents.
Updating all type of Logs I.e. Inspections Requests, Document Transmittal, Material Inspection Requests, Material Submittals and Drawings etc.
Coordinating with project team & client for receiving & sending the Project Documents.
Coordinating with MEP Department for MEP Clearance and other relevant requisites.
Responsible for coordinating with all departments of the organization in order to assure that all documents are arranged and logged to avoid future complications.
Dealing with all sub-contractors regarding work updates at site.
Arranges meetings schedules, locations, coordinates time with listed attendees, arranges.
Coordinating and following up, with Supplier/ Subcontractor for Operation & Maintenance Manual and guarantee/ warranty certificates, at project handing over stage.
Previous experience as a document controller in the Construction & Fitout industry is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
