The Document Controller is responsible for executing a range of administrative and clerical duties, including supporting the administrative team, addressing office requirements, and maintaining accurate and current records.Your responsibilities as a Document Controller
  • Support the Transport and Maintenance Coordinator in overseeing the maintenance of company vehicles.
  • Assist the Transport and Maintenance Coordinator in managing office maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Assist the Travel Coordinator in booking flights.
  • Assist the Travel Coordinator in maintaining records of booked flights for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain vehicle maintenance documents.
  • Create LPOs and process invoices related to travel and maintenance.
  • Process payment requests for vehicle maintenance and facility management.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections.
  • Assist the Transportation and Maintenance Coordinator with documentation.
  • Verify invoices for maintenance & travel.
  • Keep track of the rental cars arranged for employees and ensure records are updated on a regular basis.
  • Cover the duties of the Transportation Coordinator and Travel Coordinator during their leave.
QualificationsYour qualities and experience
You can make your mark as Document Controller if you have:
  • Minimum Highschool Graduate.
  • Experience in Office Administration and Maintenance.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in managing flight bookings.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (as per the Horizon Communication Policy).
  • Conversant with equipment and software used within the Company

  • Where you will work: You will be working in our office in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
  • Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of Document Controller is a full-time job.
