The Document Controller will manage, control, and track all client documentation for the Survey Department.Your responsibilities as a Document Controller
Establish, manage, and continually update an MDC spreadsheet for each project.
Work closely with the Project Managers, Project Secretaries, Logistics, QHSE, Survey Data Center and Vessel Management departments to ensure all documentation is tracked on the MDC.
Highlight any non-conformity in the MDC to the management.
Maintaining incorporation documents and assisting Managing Director in preparation of board resolutions.
Handles and prioritizes all outgoing/incoming documentation of Horizon Group directors/owners/shareholders.
Facilitate and liaise with corporate lawyers office for notarization/legalization of board resolutions, incumbency certificates and licenses of Horizon Group directors/owners/shareholders.
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information are organized and easily accessible by Managing Director.
Process payments for corporate transactions.
QualificationsYou can make your mark as a Document Controller if you have:
Higher secondary school / equivalent as a minimum education
Bachelors degree is preferred.
Min. 2 years experience with documents control in a technical environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English (as per the Horizon Communication Policy).
Conversant with equipment and software used within the Company.

Where you will work: You will be working in our office in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of Document Controller is a full-time job.
