We are currently looking for a Document Controller/Secretary with experience of 5+ years to join nasec team in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records of all documentation in an organized manner.
• Coordinates the flow of documents between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team, or other department.
• Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
• Receive, log, and track incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Preparation of Tender Documents, Contract and Proposals.
• Handling of the reception area, attend to incoming and outgoing calls.
• Prepare Prequalification Submittal.
Requirements
• Should have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a document controller in a Construction Industry
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to join immediately
• Knowledgeable with ACONEX
