Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all documents for the organization, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. Additionally, the role involves providing administrative support to executives and teams within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience as a Document Controller/Secretary in Construction Industry.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong Verbal and written communications skills
