Responsibilities:
• Document controller responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents
• They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments
• Set up, copy, scan and store documents
• Manage requests for documentation
• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
• Manage the processes around documentation within the organization
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Document Controller, Admin, Secretary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
