Responsibilities:
Maintain and review document management processes. Receive, distribute, and prioritize incoming mails (electronic and hard copy). Control the distribution, destruction, and retrieval of controlled documents. File documents and create draft documents based on templates. Monitor official documents for review and approval. Maintain records and logs of documents received. Accomplish tasks assigned by the line manager. Abide by document controlling standards and regulations. Mitigate risks in the work area and develop a plan. Type memos, emails, reports, and other office information. Manage agenda, book meetings, and take minutes. Undertake additional duties as directed. Maintain confidentiality of information. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of similar experience. Proficient in Arabic and English (reading, writing, communication). Strong organizational and typing skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Teamwork and effective communication skills. Presentation and Excel skills.
