As a Document Controller, you will ensure that all project-related documents are organized, tracked, and properly managed. This includes overseeing the receipt, categorization, and distribution of documents such as drawings, contracts, and reports. You\'ll implement document control procedures, monitor deadlines, and maintain both electronic and physical records. Your role also includes managing software like Aconex or SharePoint and supporting project teams by preparing, submitting, and retrieving documents. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of document control software are essential.Job Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain an efficient document control system for all project materials (drawings, contracts, reports, etc.).
Manage the distribution and tracking of documents to ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
Implement document control processes to guarantee documents are reviewed and approved appropriately.
Conduct regular audits to ensure document integrity and compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
Ensure proper filing of correspondence, both internal and external.
Maintain document control systems, including uploading and retrieving files.
Provide support to project teams with document preparation and submissions.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
3+ years of experience in document control, especially in construction or MEP sectors.
Proficient with document management systems like Aconex, SharePoint, or EDMS.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large volumes of data.
