Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a

Document Controller

to manage and organize company documents efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and record-keeping within the organization, contributing to a smooth and systematic workflow.


Key Responsibilities:




Maintain, organize, and update company documents in digital and physical formats. Ensure proper classification, indexing, and retrieval of records. Implement document control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies. Manage the distribution of documents and track revisions and approvals. Assist in the preparation of reports, manuals, and other official documentation. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information. Support different departments with document-related tasks.

Requirements:




Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role. Proficiency in document management software and MS Office. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Good command of English (written and verbal). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
