Transforming the world.This Project aims to take over the existing asset and maximize the production in 2 phases. This is a fast-track project and schedule-oriented Design to enhance the production.The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: Restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24, ~30km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability; flaring elimination and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the Safety and Security facilities.Our scope is to provide Engineering, Procurement services and Construction assistance (EPsCa) for the initial development phase of the field in Southern Iraq. The scope of services includes FEED, detailed design, procurement support, and construction and commissioning assistance.What we can offer

Key Objectives
  • Providing discipline expertise to the business.
  • Executing assigned scopes of work.
  • Interact with multi-discipline Engineering teams.
  • Coaching and mentoring as delegated.
  • Supervision and performance management of Document Control personnel as required.
  • Demonstrate understanding of and work to discipline and / or project specific procedures and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Participate in audits as required.
  • Effective delivery of assigned work scopes in accordance with discipline and contract process and procedures.
  • Effective implementation of assigned IMPACT actions.
  • Technically competent and actively maintains own competence.
  • Provide discipline support to the business.
  • Provide discipline input to bids, scope definition and execution as required.
  • Deputizing for Lead Document Controller as required.
  • Executing assigned personal objectives.
  • Management of third party suppliers in the execution of Engineering delivery.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate across the project / contract interfaces.
  • Engage with inter-discipline Community and promote Discipline including: networking / knowledge sharing.
  • Establishing and / or maintaining an awareness of external stakeholders including: industry bodies, academia, vendors, client interface (as appropriate and requested).

  • Demonstrable appropriate experience at relevant level and position.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Apply Document Control process and procedure in a practical context.
  • Professional attitude, interpersonal skills.

  • Has a good understanding of company core values, policies and leadership framework and is able to demonstrate application in work execution.

  • Demonstrates clear understanding of Document Control principles and is able to work off own initiative.
  • Demonstrates good understanding of content management systems (EDMS).
  • Demonstrates good keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of team working and supervisory skills.
  • Enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn.
  • Flexible with a can-do attitude.
  • Manage technical documents. Manage document control processes.
