Your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy, storage and efficient retrieval of all information and documents for the company's operations.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams across the organization to develop an effective document management system
Manage the retrieval, archiving and destruction of documents
Maintain databases and records of documents and information
Create filing systems and store documents using company guidelines
Manage digital archives and record keeping systems
Verify that all documents are organized and filed accurately
Ensure corporate record retention policies are followed
Monitor the information approval process
Train staff on the proper use of the document control system
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Knowledge Management system
Evaluate the document control system on a regular basis and recommend current solutions
Assist with developing a Knowledge Management system
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
Proven experience in a similar role
Familiarity with Computer Assisted Document Management Systems
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of document management principles and best practices
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
