Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain an efficient document management system.
• Organize, file, and retrieve documents and records as needed.
• Ensure documents are accurately labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Track and control document revisions and updates.
• Review and verify the accuracy of documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure document requirements are met.
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures.
• Manage document access and confidentiality according to company guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits of document control systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support during audits and inspections related to documentation.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a document controller or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in document management software and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with document control procedures and best practices.
