Prepare, comply and sort documents for data entry.
Entry of daily attendance, workmen details, overtime details Etc... in the system on timely manner.
Co-ordinate and arrange documents for gate pass and other registrations.
Co-ordinate and assist to communicate details of work orders.
Co-ordinate and prepare purchase requests on demand.
Co-ordinating, sorting, cross checking and forwarding documents from suppliers to respective personnel.
Co-ordinate and arrange documents for third party certification.
Maintaining samples and assist to co-ordinate for procurement.
Ideal candidate should have,
Good Computer literacy.
Technical Knowledge or capacity to understand and handle construction products.
Good Analytical skills.
Good coordination skills.
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Accommodation Will be provided by the company
Preferable - prior experience similar field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
