Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training to employees on safety protocols, procedures, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.
• Create and maintain accurate safety documentation and records, including inspection reports, training records, and incident reports.
• Identify and evaluate potential hazards in the workplace, and implement controls to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate closely with management and staff to establish safety goals and objectives for projects.
• Conduct safety meetings, presentations, and toolbox talks to communicate safety information effectively to diverse audiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new regulations to ensure continuous improvement in safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
