Job Responsibilities:
Visitor Management:
Greet and guide visitors professionally.
Handle inquiries and transfer calls as necessary.
Mail Handling:
Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail efficiently.
HR Assistance:
Assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Document Management:
File and maintain incoming and outgoing documents meticulously.
Scan and upload documents following company procedures.
Review and update documents regularly.
Archive files and ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation.
Retrieve files as requested by employees and management.
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative and support services to the head office team.
Ensure other personnel are updated on new document versions and how to obtain access.
