As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation in compliance with Aramco standards and procedures. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely distribution of documents to support the successful execution of the project. Key Responsibilities: Manage and control all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondence. Ensure all documents are accurately filed, indexed, and stored according to Aramco standards. Maintain and update document control systems and databases. Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders promptly. Monitor document workflows and ensure compliance with project requirements. Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy and completeness. Liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve document-related issues. Prepare and submit document progress reports as required. Ensure all documentation adheres to Aramco's quality and safety standards. Requirements: In-depth knowledge of Aramco document control procedures and standards. Proficiency in document control software and tools (e.g., Aconex, Documentum, or similar). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred nationality: Filipino. Nice-to-Have: Experience in the oil & gas, construction, or engineering sectors.
