The

Document Controller must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company Policy

Prefer: Fresh graduates

Prepare documents for use and storage. Establish and maintain a proven document control system Perform quality control and audits of records for content and adherence to standards Maintain an electronic data management system to suit the business requirements Prepare and submit the quality documentation to the customer upon approval from the Department Head Ensure proper storage of documents in electronic formats with proper identification and traceability shall be maintained Archive the documentation with indexing and cataloging Provide drawings, standards and technical information as required Provide training to colleagues in use of the document control system Contribute to Company's continuous improvement in HSE performance and quality management by ensuring safety, environmental and quality standards are maintained with the workplace Prepare the daily status report and send through SYNERGY to all concerned. Identification of documents to be considered records. Assist with search and retrieval of documents (all media & formats)
In addition to the above, the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his/her Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
