We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the contracting, MEP, and construction industries, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. A diploma or degree in Engineering is preferred, but candidates with substantial practical experience in document control will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document Management: Establish and maintain an efficient document control system to manage project documentation and records.

- Record Keeping: Ensure all documents are up-to-date, accurately filed, and easily retrievable.

- Quality Control: Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and project requirements.

- Distribution: Manage the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely dissemination.

- Revisions: Track document versions and ensure that all updates and revisions are properly recorded and communicated.

- Compliance: Ensure all documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.

- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure document management processes support project needs.

- Training: Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and systems.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years of document control experience in the contracting, MEP, and construction industries within the UAE.

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred. Candidates with substantial relevant experience will also be considered.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in document management software and tools

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to document control.
