Position: Document Controller Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience: 2 to 4 years in a contracting company Job Type: Full-time, Immediate start Responsibilities: Manage and control all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence. Ensure that all documentation is accurately processed, distributed, and filed according to company procedures. Coordinate with various departments and subcontractors to collect, review, and maintain project documents. Monitor document revisions, approvals, and distributions to ensure compliance with project timelines and requirements. Generate reports, maintain document logs, and update document control systems as necessary. Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and workflows. Provide support to project teams and stakeholders regarding document control queries and requests. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2 to 4 years of experience as a document controller, preferably in a contracting company. Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices preferred.
