This role will support Lead / Sr. Document Controller in carrying out the document control activities for different projects.
Update and maintain documents in ACONEX and SharePoint and keep up to the excel tracker of different projects and document types.
Get familiar with Project documents and documents workflows, incoming and outgoing correspondence and distribution. Learn and get familiar with ISO standard related to documentation.
Day to day responsibilities:
Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor, this includes scanning, uploading, distributing documents.
Scan and keep the electronic documents in electronic library for incoming and outgoing Letters/Transmittals/Faxes.
Maintaining drawings and documents register as established by projects and record all revisions/superseding.
Maintaining records of Purchase Requests/Purchase order and supplier invoices.
Upload the documents, drawings, datasheets, letters and other project documents in ACONEX and carefully check the revisions.
Get familiar with ACONEX EDMS solution and project documents workflows. Get familiar with project technical documents and their codes. Learn about Document Control procedure and different types of documents.
Apply Letter of Assistance (LOA) to Client for employees/vehicles for to obtain the security passes for site mobilization. (through LOA Portal).
Learn about ISO requirements for documents and participate in audits.
Provide support services to Project Managers e.g. provide required project documents, letters and get their signatures and submit send through email to different stakeholders.
Complete trainings as assigned by supervisor in Cornerstone and continuously improve in communication and gain more knowledge on project documentation.Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or Diploma (Fresh or 1-2 Years experience) in general administrative / clerical work.
