Job Description

Modern Space Building Contracting LLC is hiring a DM Approved Civil Engineer with knowledge of Structural Drawings.

Approval and Licensing

: Holds Dubai Municipality (DM) approval for contracting work and a valid UAE driving license.

Experience

: Extensive experience in maintenance and construction work.

Project Execution

: Skilled in executing works as per approved Dubai Municipality drawings, including

STRUCTURAL

, architectural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.

Professional Experience

: Proven experience in civil engineering and construction management, preferably within the contracting sector.

Construction Expertise

: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

Project Management

: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Technical Proficiency

: Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.

Communication Skills

: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Attention to Detail

: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING from an accredited university with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction in GCC (UAE) preferred. Knowledge of structural drawings. Approved by Dubai Municipality G+1 (minimum) for contractual work. Valid UAE driving license is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. SOE Registered (Valid)
