Job Description

Modern Space Building Contracting LLC is hiring a DM Approved Civil Engineer with knowledge of Structural Drawings.

• Approval and Licensing : Holds Dubai Municipality (DM) approval and a valid UAE driving license.
• Experience : Extensive experience in maintenance and construction work.
• Project Execution : Skilled in executing works as per approved Dubai Municipality drawings, including STRUCTURAL , architectural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
• Professional Experience : Proven experience in civil engineering and construction management, preferably within the contracting sector.
• Construction Expertise : Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Project Management : Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
• Communication Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail : Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING from an accredited university with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction in GCC (UAE) preferred.
• Knowledge of structural drawings.
• Approved by Dubai Municipality G+1 (minimum).
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
