• Set up and operate sound systems, mixers and amplifiers
• Play requested songs and/or genres of music as requested by the client
• Interact with guests and make announcements as needed
• Select music that meets the client's needs and taste
• Organize and manage music libraries
• Maintain and repair equipment
• Stay current with the latest music and trends
