This sales leadership opportunity is within our industry leading Institutional division, which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries.
The role of Area Manager, Institutional MENA operates as the business leader and driver of millions in sales and a team of district managers and sales / service professionals across MENA. Area Managers are accountable for continuously coordinating, facilitating, and managing the retain, grow and gain of our sales and service business.

What You Will Do:
Deliver the area\xe2\x80\x99s financial and operations goals; manage a significant P&L statement; communicate expectations for performance within the defined area of responsibility; assure execution on overall regional and divisional objectives and consistently stress safe working behaviors and business protocols
Manage team of district managers including hiring, training, developing and coaching these leaders to support and effectively lead their teams
Lead industry relations activities and participate in industry events on behalf of the division and within the assigned area.
Leverage internal and external resources to maximize sales, profitability, and operating income objectives
Spend at least 50% of your time in the field with associates, key customers, and sales partners to attain mutual objectives and provide solutions to customer and stakeholder requests
Ensure team achieves sales and service goals and objectives by meeting key performance metrics and following established processes and protocols and lead strategic initiatives to drive new processes, tools and solutions for your team and business

Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent combination of education
A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales management experience
Business to business sales experience in the foodservice, hospitality, education, or healthcare industries
Experience managing managers
Overnight travel per month (estimated 25%)
Strong selling and influencing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Preferred Qualifications:
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or MBA
Ability to drive sales results that impact the bottom line
Ability to implement change initiatives and adapt to changing business environments
Leadership and career progression managing within a sales and service organization
