Responsible for delivering sustainable accretive growth across all distributors in the MENA region
Manage integrated commercial planning process for grocery distributors and construct channel and customer plans for the different agents.
Responsible for achieving the agreed commercial KPIs to deliver sustainable business growth
Lead on monthly business review cycle with the distributors to ensure business KPIs are being delivered as planned
Develop distributors capabilities to enable an accelerated sustainable growth
Ensure distributor adherence and compliance to Nestle's policies and WOW
Manage the monthly demand planning cycle with distributor and DSP team, to align on the supply plan delivering the full year outlook
Manage consumer & trade investments with the distributors in alignment with the integrated commercial plan KPIs
Geo-Expansion
Lead on Geo-expansion Strategic planning and execution across the MENA region
Build Geo-expansion analysis to identify size of opportunity and optimum expansion approach
Identify route to market model and team structure & set-up the distributor's governance
Establish contractual agreement and system set-up with the distributor
Identify the best fit portfolio for the country and decide on pricing strategy based on MENA pricing guidance as well as market/competitor analysis.
What Will Make You Successful
Minimum 5 years of expenrience in sales and Commercial Development
Preferably distributor management background
FMCG background is a must
Regional experience and exposure
