- Creation and update of marketing tools used by the Distribution department;- Development of presentations and brochures;- Support in preparing for markets (e.g., MIP TV / MIPCOM) and meetings with prospects and clients;- Transmission of marketing materials to clients (visuals, trailers, program schedules, etc.)- Handle any issue, request or follow up needed in addition to distributing the MBC Press office to our existing clients.- Handling EPG and Generic grids of our partners and making sure that all our clients are receiving the updated grids while coordinating with our Metadata team for any issue related to the EPG delivery and files besides keeping our EPG Distribution list up to date
Commercial Tasks:
- Contribution to providing necessary data for commercial initiatives;- Monitoring and analysis of market trends and new TV services;- Monitoring and analysis of subscriber numbers for various distributed TV channels;
Legal Tasks:
- Management of contract signing processes and operational follow-up (workflows, signatures, and legal back office);- Drafting and sending legal correspondence to operators (broadcast authorizations, entity changes, various mailings);- Partner\'s information about authorized rightsRequirements:
Required Educational Level: University degree in Marketing or Economic disciplines
2/3 years+ experience in a similar role.
Experience in distribution field in media related industries.
Software: good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (PC environment) and mastery of Excel;
Qualities: rigor, responsiveness, curiosity, and dynamism;
Sensitivity to the media world and audiovisual content
