The Role

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in the courier industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the timely delivery and pickup of packages to ensure efficient and reliable service to our clients. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule delivery and pickup of packages to ensure timely and efficient service - Communicate with drivers and clients to provide necessary information and updates on delivery status - Monitor and track the location and status of packages using tracking systems and software - Resolve any delivery issues or delays in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any relevant information



Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the courier or logistics industry - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with drivers and clients - Proficiency in using tracking systems and software to monitor and manage package deliveries - Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions to ensure efficient delivery operations - Knowledge of geographical locations and routes within the designated area
