Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to navigate various customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Dispatch, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our services to our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and dispatch service requests, communicate with our field team, and provide exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and prioritize service requests from clients and internal teams.
• Dispatch field technicians to service locations and coordinate their schedules.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on service status and resolve any inquiries or issues.
• Ensure all service orders are accurately documented and filed.
• Monitor service progress, track technician locations, and provide real-time updates to clients.
• Assist in the optimization of field operations to improve efficiency and response times.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure all client needs are met
• Create ACI/ACE manifest and clearing customs.
• Excellent knowledge of cross-border transport rules and regulations
• Keen knowledge of North American geography.
• Receive requests from Truck Drivers.
• Input order entries in Fleet Manager system.
• Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, drivers and equipment using a Fleet Manager.
• Dispatch drivers according to written schedules and work orders, or as required as needed.
• Advise vehicle operators of route and traffic problems such as construction, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, weight and size restrictions and other information
• Monitor personnel workloads and locations
• Maintain vehicle operator work records using computerized or manual methods and ensure time sheets and payroll summaries are completed accurately
• Maintain computer and manual records of mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses, and generate reports.
• Familiar working with Load Link/Truckstop
• Tracking and tracing of load and shipment and updating customers.
Employment requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative with a focus on dispatch.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with dispatch software and related tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• A positive and customer-oriented attitude.
