The Role

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to coordinate the movement of vehicles and drivers in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and organizational skills. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services, making decisions on-the-fly, and managing logistical challenges while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Coordinate the daily transportation activities of vehicles and drivers to ensure efficient service delivery. - Monitor vehicle location and status using tracking systems to manage and optimize routes and schedules. - Communicate with drivers regarding delivery instructions, pick-up times, and customer requirements. - Resolve any issues or delays that arise during transportation operations swiftly and effectively. - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver assignments, and vehicle maintenance schedules. Complete necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Collaborate with customer service teams to address client requests, feedback, and concerns promptly. - Analyze transportation processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role within the automotive industry. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Ability to use dispatch software and tracking systems effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills: capable of making quick and effective decisions under pressure. - Familiarity with logistics and transportation regulations in the UAE. - High level of attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
