Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will play a pivotal role in our operations by effectively allocating our onsite technicians to customer locations, ensuring efficient service delivery considering factors such as traffic conditions, location proximity, and service urgency. A solid knowledge of U.A.E locations and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently assign technicians to customer locations based on their proximity, expertise, and availability, ensuring timely and effective service. Possess an extensive understanding of U.A.E. regions, routes, and traffic patterns to optimize technician dispatch and minimize travel time. Maintain clear and concise communication with both technicians providing accurate updates on estimated arrival times and any potential delays. Collaborate closely with technicians, customer service teams, and management to streamline operations and enhance service efficiency. Quickly respond to urgent service requests, assessing the situation, and dispatching the appropriate technician to address critical customer needs. Utilize most efficient and cost-effective routes for technicians, minimizing fuel consumption and travel time. Maintain accurate records of dispatched jobs, technician availability, and customer locations in the dispatching system. Effectively resolve any scheduling conflicts or unforeseen issues that may arise during technician dispatch.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is advantageous. Exceptional knowledge of U.A.E locations, routes, and traffic patterns. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Problem-solving abilities to address scheduling challenges effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and schedules. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
