Job Summary:
Battmobile is seeking a proactive and organized Dispatch Booking Agent to facilitate the scheduling and dispatching of vehicle maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery while providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming service booking requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations or garage appointments efficiently.
• Monitor job progress and communicate updates to customers and technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, services rendered, and customer interactions.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with garage staff to optimize service delivery and resource allocation.
• Utilize dispatch software and tools to track jobs, schedules, and technician availability.
• Prepare daily reports on service activities and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and dispatch software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of automotive services and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with local automotive regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with scheduling and routing software.
