Job Description

Experience:

Candidates with more than 2 years of experience in shipping port agency operation and shipping disbursement accounts.

Roles & Responsibility:

Checking and accounting revenue

Checking correctness of port tariffs

Verify DA's are correct as per contracted rates, pro-forma / baseline templates / closed estimate

Generate Disbursement account and dispatch to customer by comply with customer accounting requirements

Produce Disbursement Accounts in a timely manner to meet group and team KPIs

Calculation of port dues against the estimated time in port

Analytical review of FDA and examination of quoted values

Checking of rates quoted and taking suitable steps to prevent loss on the FDA

Prepare and submit FDA

Continue seeking process improvement
